Rates & Fees

Our rates are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed. A deposit of $500 is required to confirm the reservation. The balance of the rental amount is due at least 30 days prior to check-in.

In the event a guest must cancel a reservation:
— If written cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to check-in, money collected less a $150.00 service fee will be promptly refunded.
— If written cancellation is received between 31-60 days prior to check-in, money collected less a $500.00 service fee will be promptly refunded.
— If written cancellation is received less than 31 days prior to Check-in, money collected is refundable only if the premises is subsequently rented, less a $150.00 service fee.

A credit card authorization will be obtained at check-in for a security deposit to cover any damages or missing items. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Routine and COVID cleaning fees are an additional $385 for the Main House, $210 for the Guest Unit, or $585 for both; please inquire when booking.

Fall in love with the Red Cliff Guest House!

Our Main House is 4,900 square feet and normally accommodates 10 guests. Our Guest Unit is 1,800 square feet and houses 6 guests. To accommodate slightly larger groups, we do have an additional trundle bed in the game room and can provide portable beds and cribs.

To be able to offer a beautiful home for you on your vacation or getaway, we have made a commitment to continually try to improve our large, premium home to provide our guests luxury lodging and comfortable accommodations. Most recently is the 2021 addition of split unit heat pumps to the main house.

It is unlikely that you will find another vacation rental in Durango that can boast all of the amenities of Red Cliff Guest House.
— We are located in the beautiful Animas Valley on large secluded grounds.
— The Main House has gourmet kitchen facilities, multiple large decks, family & game rooms, a formal living area, a large bright library, and much more.
— Our sleeping facilities provide for two guests in each of our 7 bedrooms with limited additional sleeping facilities when needed in the game room.
— Infant sleeping facilities in the parent bedroom will be set up upon request.
— Both the Main House and Guest Unit have a laundry for your use.

All our furnishings have been picked based on comfort and style. We want our guests to not only enjoy all the wonders of the area, but to be able to relax around the property and to indeed have a comfortable home away from home. The Red Cliff Guest House is the perfect way to end your busy day.
