Our rates are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed. A deposit of $500 is required to confirm the reservation. The balance of the rental amount is due at least 30 days prior to check-in.
In the event a guest must cancel a reservation:
— If written cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to check-in, money collected less a $150.00 service fee will be promptly refunded.
— If written cancellation is received between 31-60 days prior to check-in, money collected less a $500.00 service fee will be promptly refunded.
— If written cancellation is received less than 31 days prior to Check-in, money collected is refundable only if the premises is subsequently rented, less a $150.00 service fee.
A credit card authorization will be obtained at check-in for a security deposit to cover any damages or missing items. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Routine and COVID cleaning fees are an additional $385 for the Main House, $210 for the Guest Unit, or $585 for both; please inquire when booking.
